Here is the list of the server rules. Every players that play on our server approve every rule. Otherwise some actions will be taken like downgrade, kick, ban, or else.
Some players can have some rights given by an admin that goes against a rule, this doesn't give the same right to other players.

1. Strickly forbidden to grief or can be immediate ban.
    Griefing is any action of destruction to;
        A. Other players constructions
        B. Any auto-generate structure (towns, temples, ruins, else.)
        C. Roads and routes between cities (path, train, else.)
        D. Any big sized environnement (mountains, forest, lakes, rivers, else)
        E. Destruction with disaster (forest fire, flooding, lava) even for having flat ground.
        F. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

2. Keep appropriate language.
    Language have to stay an appropriate way of communication, in chat and on signs;
        A. No dirty talk, racial slurs or statements,  discrimination.
        B. No harassment of any form
        C. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

3. Keep good look of environnement.   
    Environnement have to keep a good look;
        A. Do not change the look of an environnement (replace mountains, lakes, else.)
        B. Build respecting the environnement (path follow the aspect of the mountain)
        C. Keep look of beach, do not take that sand
        D. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

4. Respect building norms, moral and realistic.
    Building have to stay pleasant to look;
        A. No immoral constructions (related to sex, drogs, else.)
        B. No inadequate constructions (bad structures, illogical structures, else.)
        C. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

5. Do not build in an unauthorized zone.
   The server tries to keep good look of environnement, don't want buildings everywhere;
        A. Do not build in an unauthorized zone.
        B. Do not build in an other player's zone without his approval.
        C. Do not build in an other zone without admin approval.
        D. Do not build between cities (except if 2 towns of same region AND same player)
        E. Do not build near an other town.
        F. Use Public Map to get ressources as a guest without destroying everything.
        G. Respect your neighboors (his view by windows, too big buildings too near, else) if no approval.
        H. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

6. Do not build portals everywhere.
    Always wanting to keep good look of environnement and don't want players to appear anywhere;
        A. No portals in a city that doesn't belong to us except if approval of owner
        B. No portal outside cities
        C. No more than one portal in a city
        D. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

7. Forbidden to advertise for other servers, can be immediatly ban.
    To keep a good community, advertising for other servers stricly forbidden;
        A. Forbidden of any text advertising other servers
        B. Forbidden to link to other servers
        C. No discrimination of our server
        D. Advertising for our server accepted.
        E.  Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.

8. Any hack is forbidden
    No unauthorized mod is allowed on this server. The server has to be the way wanted.
        A. Forbidden of any app that can interact with the game.
        B. Forbidden of any unauthorized acion that may let think you are hacking  (ex. fly, mega-jump, else)
        C. Anything else that goes the same way of this rule.
